Our product line includes:

• Bone Screws: There are various types’ pf designs available for bone screws that differ in detail but are essentially adaptations of `regular' screws that use steel or titanium. Bone screws are of 1 or 0.5mm steps and are of carefully selected lengths, to fit all patients. It requires a particular direction of insertion that is not likely to be perpendicular to the surface.
• Bone Plates: Bone plates are surgical tools, which are used to assist in the healing of broken and fractured bones. The cracks are first set and then held in place using bone plates in situations where casts cannot be applied to the injured area. Bone plates are often applied to fractures occurring to facial areas such the nose, jaw or eye sockets.
• Hip Prosthesis: Joint replacement is a common surgical procedure with a high success rate. The damaged hip ball (the upper end of the femur) is replaced by a metal or ceramic ball attached to a metal stem fitted into the femur and a plastic or ceramic socket (fitted into a metal socket) that is implanted into the pelvis, replacing the damaged socket. A device that replaces a removed (amputated) part of the body is called prosthesis.
• Nails: Nails are used as the method of fixation in the cases of combination of complex femoral fractures. This procedure is performed in fractures of femoral shaft associated with fracture neck femur, pathological fractures of proximal third of femur with trochanteric pathology, ipsilateral fracture of femur and tibia in polytrauma cases with multiple other injuries.
• Wires & Pin: clavicles nonunion disorders are treated by open reduction and intramedullary Steinman pin fixation with only iliac crest bone grafting. The majority of nonunion occurred after high-energy injuries to the clavicle. These are used to stabilize bone fragments. These can be drilled through the bone to hold the fragments in place. They are placed percutaneously (through the skin), thus avoiding an operation in some cases.
• Tubular External Fixator: The external fixator incorporates telescopic tubes for axial dynamization and angled bayonet screws to keep the tubes parallel to the bone axis that is essential for gliding, and adjustment of rotation. Tubular external fixation is a safe method for treating the bone and soft tissue lesions in fractures. Dynamic fixator has a valuable part to play as a definitive mode of therapy for severe open fractures of the tibial shaft.
• Bone Drill & Wire Instruments: These are used to penetrate cortical bone and gain access to the lesion. This eccentric drill makes a hole in the bone larger than the diameter of the canella and thereby makes it easy to advance the canella over the drill until the canella is anchored in the bone. One can then obtain multiple samples through the canella.

Plates, DCP, LCDCP, Condylar Plates, Cortical & Cancellous Screw & other Implants in 316-L stainless steel according to the Indian Specification of ISO Standard.
